Our People

Marcus T. – Lead Technician

Marcus has been running duct systems for 14 years, the last 6 of them here in Orlando’s residential market. He’s the guy who can look at a return vent in Baldwin Park and tell you whether the buildup is construction dust from a 2018 remodel or years of pet dander working through the system. He holds advanced certifications in HVAC system inspection and is our lead operator on the Rotobrush and Nikro equipment. Outside work, Marcus rebuilds vintage two-stroke scooters in his garage and will talk your ear off about carburetor tuning if you let him.

Dana R. – Senior Installer & Filtration Specialist

Dana started in commercial HVAC maintenance before moving to residential air quality eight years ago. Her specialty is filtration: she’s the person who evaluates whether a home in College Park needs a standard media filter or something denser like an Aprilaire unit given the pollen load, the age of the system, and whether anyone in the house has asthma. She’s certified on Abatement Technologies containment setup, which matters more than you’d think for keeping debris contained during a full system clean. Dana keeps a small herb garden on her apartment balcony and tests new varieties every spring.

Leo F. – Service Coordinator

Leo is the voice on the phone when you call (850) 750-6095. He’s been with the Relay Home Co. network since 2019 and knows the Orlando service area street by street, from Dr. Phillips to Winter Park to Conway. His job is to give you straight answers: what the appointment window looks like, what the technician will do once they arrive, and what the written price covers. He’ll also tell you exactly which tech is coming and when you can track their arrival. Leo is a theme park trivia obsessive and has an annual pass he uses far more than he should.

Priya N. – Apprentice Technician

Priya joined the team two years ago and works alongside Marcus and Dana on most residential jobs. She handles containment setup, outlet inspection, and the before-and-after photo documentation every customer receives under The Relay Standard. She’s currently completing her HVAC certification coursework while getting hands-on hours every week. Priya grew up in Orlando and remembers when the I-4 Ultimate project made half the city’s driveways look like they’d been through a dust storm, which is how she first got interested in indoor air quality. She’s the one who’ll walk you through the after-photos and explain exactly what came out of your vents.
